Just have her at the right tank at the right time, and a diver will appear from the deep to display your proposal on a waterproof sign as giant sharks swim by. The $1,000 fee includes signage (plus a miniature version as a souvenir), exhibit/diver expenses, two admission tickets, and a donation to the Sponsored Admission Program.
