As a member of the Editor’s Circle, you receive priority consideration when submitting editorial, including Real Weddings. Below are the guidelines for submitting a Real Wedding, all of which are designed to make the submission and selection process as easy as possible. TIMELINES
Each issue of Inside Weddings features events that took place within a year of that issue's publication date. For example, the spring 2012 issue will include weddings that took place in the spring of 2011 or after. Conversely, a wedding that takes place in spring of 2012 will be eligible for publication through spring 2013.

DEADLINES & NOTIFICATIONS
In order to review as many Editor's Circle submissions as possible, we will make final decisions after the submission deadline for each issue has passed. We will then provide status updates for each submission, including the announcement of events chosen for publication. Please note that notification dates are approximate.

SPRING 2012
Deadline: 11/30/11 ~ Notifications: 12/05/11

SUMMER 2012
Deadline: 02/29/12 ~ Notifications: 03/05/12

FALL 2012
Deadline: 05/30/12 ~ Notifications: 06/04/12

WINTER 2013
Deadline: 09/30/12 ~ Notifications: 09/04/12

CONTENT
Please include 20-30 images that focus strongly on details, ceremony decor, reception decor, floral design, and venue(s) along with a completed submission form. Although we do want to see images of the wedding couple, family members, and wedding party, our layouts depend heavily upon inspiration shots of the wedding itself, so we greatly appreciate images that allow us to see the event vs. people.

REQUIRED INFO
Please include a submission form with your images so we have all of the necessary information on hand. The form is designed to collect the minimal amount of info necessary for us to consider a Real Wedding, and missing categories or failure to include the form with your submission will slow the review process considerably.

Routing submissions in an alternative fashion (via email, disk, etc.) or to the attention of a different member of the Inside Weddings staff will cause delays in the review process.
