Tracy Koven
In 1992, Tracy began her career in the hospitality industry with the world renowned Crystal Cruises, Inc. where she purchased food and beverage in addition to uniforms for their luxury ships. Four years later, she joined the Beverly Hills Hotel catering department where she gained valuable experience and was appointed Assistant Director of Catering. She moved to the St. Regis, Los Angeles as the hotel's opening Director of Catering in 2000. Returning that same year to The Beverly Hills Hotel as Director of Catering and Conference Services, she worked the next seven years coordinating numerous celebrity weddings, anniversary and birthday parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, movie premieres, corporate and fundraising events including the Motion Picture and Television Fund's Pre-Oscar Party, Miramax Academy Awards Party, Clive Davis's Pre-Grammy Party and the CAA Holiday Party. Her clients included InStyle Magazine, GQ Magazine/London, Hugo Boss, Hollywood Reporter, HBO, The Jewish Federation, Venice Family Clinic and ICRF. In April of 2007, after working for three Five-Star companies and having planned an endless variety of events, Tracy partnered in her own event planning and production company with Jonathan Reeves.

As opening Director of Catering at the Four Seasons Los Angeles in April of 1987, Jonathan embarked on an exciting career of planning, organizing and producing events that quickly became the standard of entertaining in Beverly Hills. Through his hard work, attention to detail and professionalism, the Four Seasons hotel soon became a premiere venue for weddings and social events of every kind. Entertainment, corporate and fundraising events immediately followed. Jonathan was instrumental in ensuring the hotel install a dedicated kosher kitchen in which to serve the needs of the local community. Eleven years and many events later, Jonathan accepted the position of Director of Catering and Conference Services at the newly renovated Beverly Hills Hotel. He diligently worked at bringing the overall guest experience to new heights by restoring the level of service and quality food. In August of 2000, Jonathan entered the world of private event planning. He focused on weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthday parties and corporate events held at varied locations including private homes, country clubs, beaches, historical venues and hotels. In April of 2007, Jonathan joined forces with Tracy Koven in their own event planning and production company.
