Victoria Schroeder has over 14 years of experience planning and producing special events from weddings to galas in both San Diego and New York City. She began her career in event management in 1993 at the five-star Le Meridien Hotel in Coronado and in 1998, Victoria moved to New York City to manage special events for up to 2500 guests at the New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square. During her five years in New York City, she created cutting edge design themes for Broadway Opening Night Parties including "The Music Man," "42nd Street," "Thoroughly Modern Millie" and "Movin' Out."

Having returned to Coronado in early 2003, Victoria took over the reigns of Coronado Weddings, created by her mother, Helen Walker in 1991. In January 2005, Victoria was nominated by Special Events Magazine for Best Wedding of the Year for a spectacular beach-themed wedding she designed at the famous Hotel del Coronado. Recently Coronado Weddings have been featured in "Inside Weddings," "Grace Ormonde Wedding Style," "Riviera" and "Special Events" Magazines.
