There’s a new country power couple – Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd are married! The pair met at a songwriting session where they ended up writing “Last Turn Home” for Tim McGraw. The Grammy-winning songstress quoted a lyric from that tune in an Instagram post sharing a photo from their wedding.

Though Maren is a country star, she teamed up with EDM producer Zedd for the pop hit “The Middle.” Rustic romance may be what comes to mind for country musicians, but Maren and Ryan’s style seems to be more boho-chic. Though rain was pouring down, a tent saved the outdoor ceremony. The singer-songwriter pair exchanged vows between a teepee-like structure without a fabric covering. Instead, the wooden poles were adorned with verdant garlands and a few flowers in deep blue.

The aisle was made up of several red-toned rugs, adding to the bohemian vibe of the big day. On her Instagram post, the singer reveals that the newlyweds selected the Wilson Phillips classic “Hold On” for their recessional. What a fun choice!

The groom wore a modern suit in a rich cerulean hue and matching tie, while his bride was bold in a short dress with a keyhole bodice and a detachable train. Maren told People magazine that her frock was a modern take on what her mother wore for her own wedding day. Since her shoes would be clearly visible, the bride made a statement in silver sparkly platform heels with gold details.
