Mandy Moore is married! The former teen pop idol and current star of This Is Us declared “I Wanna Be With You” to her beloved, Taylor Goldsmith from the folk-rock band Dawes. The couple has been dating since 2015 and confirmed their engagement in September of 2017.
They recently teamed up, as Taylor cowrote the song "Invisible Ink" – which served as Rebecca's (Mandy Moore's character) demo on the hit NBC drama. Befitting their eclectic indie style, the bride wore a ruffled pink gown by Rodarte – the design team who is expected to create Kirsten Dunst’s wedding dress when she marries Jesse Plemons – and the groom wore a suit with cropped trousers. The black-and-white photo shared by the bride showcases area rugs at the altar and aisle of the outdoor ceremony.
Blogger Emily Schuman was in attendance and posted many photos of the nuptials, which appeared to be held in the backyard of the couple’s Pasadena home. The bride wore a cathedral veil in a hue matching her gown. Mandy tends to switch between honey blonde and dark brown for her hair, but for the wedding her tresses were a deep brunette shade worn in a middle part and gentle curls. On the back were blooms of pink baby's breath in the same shade as the veil and dress. Her bouquet had pink and white flowers loosely arranged. Trendy pampas grass in natural hues as well as blush and magaenta helped line the aisle. For the reception, it looks like the bride changed into a sexy black dress with a plunging neckline and an open back that extended around her ribs above the waist. Additionally, she switched her hair to be parted on the side, but kept the same natural look for her pretty makeup. See more pictures below!
