If you're in the need for a new show to watch over the holidays, NBC streaming service Peacock has just released a reboot of the '90s teen sitcom Saved by the Bell! The trailer for the modern take on the classic features your favorite characters reprising their roles – Mark-Paul Gosselaar as California governor Zack Morris, Tiffani Thiessen as Kelly Kapowski, and of course Mario Lopez as A.C. Slater and Elizabeth Berkley as Jessie Spano.

The nostalgic storyline returns to Bayside High with a new class, presenting new and old fans with a fresh, modern take on all the high-school fun and drama viewers have come to expect from the hit series. With 10 episodes, you're sure to fall in love with the new characters while following along with old favorites having new experiences in the same setting. As of November 25, 2020, new episodes are now available to stream exclusively on Peacock. Take a look at the trailer for the new Saved by the Bell, below!

In honor of the Saved by the Bell reunion, we're sharing a reunion of our own! Two of the biggest stars of the series were featured in the pages of Inside Weddings – and we have all the details. Mark-Paul Gosselaar, who plays Zack Morris, featured in the Spring 2013 issue, and Mario Lopez – who plays A.C. Slater – was featured in the Summer 2013 issue of Inside Weddings magazine (subscribe here!). Just as their characters are very different, their weddings were too!

Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Catriona McGinn's wedding featured a neutral, rustic-elegant design. The pair wed in an outdoor celebration under the stars with 135 guests in attendance. They selected a winery venue near Santa Barbara, California, and chose a classic color palette of neutral tones accented with fresh herbs and lavender.

Choosing to write their own vows, the result was quite sentimental. “Mark-Paul’s vows made me cry, as well as the rest of the congregation,” confides the bride. Following the vow exchange, loved ones enjoyed a family-style dinner service at guest tables displaying roses, herbs, hydrangeas, lavender, and jasmine vine with views of the rolling hills. Mark-Paul's advice for other grooms? Be as supportive as possible. “Realize this is a big deal and a big day,” he adds.

Mario Lopez and Courtney Mazza's wedding was a glamorous destination celebration in Punta Mita, Mexico. With a guest list of 200, the pair made sure to include their Catholic faith and have a memorable party. “I wanted to make sure everyone ate enough, drank enough, and danced enough!” affirms the groom.

They selected décor reminiscent of a winter wonderland for the ocean-view ceremony, had lively mariachi music filling the air as their guests traversed to a beachside reception area, and enjoyed tasty fare, sweets, and dancing all night long – even having a limbo battle with guests including Eva Longoria. The result? A celebration the couple will never forget! “I wouldn’t change a thing!” Mario confirms.
