Bridesmaid Dresses and Bridal Gowns from Reformation Summer 2017 Wedding Collection
Reformation is known for its laid-back, sustainable fashion. Their new Summer 2017 Wedding Collection made its debut at Bridal Fashion Week in New York City with a full reception to make it a real party, much like a Reformation-loving bride would want her wedding to be! The new collection mostly features bridesmaid dresses – the perfect mix of comfortable and sexy that any ‘maid would be happy to wear even after the big day.
There are also two bridal gowns: the “Freesia” and the “Winslow.” Easy-going bohemian brides will be drawn to the soft wrapped “Winslow” frock, with billowing kimono sleeves perfect for an alfresco ceremony among nature. The “Freesia” gown is more traditional, with a fitted silhouette with a trumpet skirt, elegant lace, and off-the-shoulder neckline. As with the “Thistle” and “Dahlia” bridesmaid dresses, the lining of the gown is made from crepe. However, the lace is made from surplus fabric, so even if you never wear your bridal gown again, you’ll know it did not go to waste.
