Chic, Modern Styles from Rime Arodaky Fall 2017
Rime Arodaky recently premiered her latest bridal collection for fall 2017 at Bridal Fashion Week in New York. The French designer considers Kate Moss, the Olsen twins, and actress Rachel Bilson to be among her many muses, so it is no surprise that her dresses are both fashion-forward and incredibly wearable. Though some brides may prefer certain styles for the reception or other pre-wedding events, the full-length gowns are ideal for those who want something not entirely traditional, but not boho-chic either.
Brides who want to show a little skin will love this collection, which includes sheer bodices, high slits, crop tops, lace cutouts, and short skirts. The lightweight fabrics and designs featuring pockets make for a wedding dress that’s more practical than it first appears. The use of beautiful and delicate tulle is frequently contrasted to a more structured crepe silk, to great effect. There is even a bridal blazer, lined with silk organza with dazzling sequin-embroidered tulle. See more wedding dresses from the runway show in the slideshow above!
