Gowns in Ivory, Black & Blush from Kelly Faetanini Spring 2018
While most bridal gowns are designed in classic shades of wedding white, Kelly Faetanini's latest spring 2018 bridal collection features dresses with hints of black and barely there blush. The "dark romance" collection, which was inspired by Shakespeare, showcases romantic styles with a sexy edge. "Black lace, underlays, and feathers pair with whimsical floral details and corsetry seaming to highlight artistic elements in a truly wearable way," shares the design house.
"Beatrice" features elegant silver lace beading and whimsical off-the-shoulder tulle sleeves, while "Bianca" and "Tamora" highlight body-hugging satin and crepe fabrics and spaghetti straps. "Portia" is a stylish long-sleeve, fit-and-flare dress with a plunging neckline and a silk stretch satin skirt, which gives brides the option of a white or black bodice. Women with classic bridal style will adore "Emilia" – featuring beautiful floral embroidery over the illusion bodice and neckline, as well as "Juno," a strapless blush style with horsehair details on the ball gown skirt.
