When blending the timeless beauty of the past with the innovation of today, designers have a distinct challenge in determining how to present that combination in their work. When Rita Vinieris debuted her fall 2017 bridal collections – Rivini and Alyne – at New York Bridal Fashion Week this season, the designer put forth a gorgeous batch of silhouettes that display an elegant expertise in the mixing of Renaissance idealism and the trends of modern day. Striking gowns featuring classic details reimagined in unique and creative ways make up this graceful collection.

Brides with a wide variety of tastes will find something they love, from “Dreamy,” an off-the-shoulder paneled dress in graphic rose lace and a feather scarf, to “Hope,” a V-neck crepe sheath ensemble with a translucent bodice, to “Crush,” a lace gown with a portrait neckline and cold-shoulder fitted sleeves with sculpted appliquéd lace.
