Worldly Bridal Styles by Mark Zunino Spring 2018
Mark Zunino is focusing on growing his wholesale business worldwide, so it's no surprise that the designer listened to the wants and needs of brides worldwide, and he gave them exactly what they asked for. Thanks to the Internet, Zunino discovered that brides in Spain opted for lace, while in Italy, customers preferred rich embroideries, but in India, women were asking for airy chiffon and organza. Among all the chatter, Zunino found the common thread among his clients: they want to look beautiful and timeless.
Zunino had a lot of ideas on the runway, but the spring 2018 collection was cohesive and featured many of his signature details. Key looks included a laser-cut, three-dimensional lace gown with a detachable illusion overskirt; a beaded and embroidered gown showcasing an illusion bustier bodice with a tattered illusion high-low skirt; and a satin-faced organza, strapless ball gown with long bell sleeves. See these styles and more in the slideshow above!
