The bride wore a beautiful long-sleeved gown designed by Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos, BBC reports. The bodice featured a neckline that folded around the shoulders to a low back. In fact, the low back of the bride's gown made headlines since she specifically had the dress designed to show her scar from a surgery at age 12 to correct scoliosis in order to encourage others.
