12 Creative Design Ideas for Your Escort Cards
When it comes to the written details of your wedding, it’s easy to let your creativity fall to the wayside. After putting so much effort into the big-picture aspects of your special day, the little things may not seem like something on which you’d like to focus. However, for some brides and grooms, the small details are where their personality truly shines through. From the addition of thoughtful quotes to tablescape arrangements to the beautiful signage denoting directions to and from the ceremony, calligraphy pops up a great number of times in modern wedding décor.
One of the areas in which you can customize your paper and written elements is through your escort and name cards. Once it is time for guests to find their seats, they’ll either look to a display for their name and take the card to their table – the escort card route – or find a card at their assigned place setting – the name card option. Either way, presenting your guests with their seat for dinner should be a fun experience; why not infuse a little bit of your taste into this element of your reception?
