8 Couples Doing Classic Lift Poses for Their Wedding Photos
Weddings are all about expression – of your love for your partner and of your style as a couple. As such, most of the items to check off on your big day will incorporate this kind of expression in one way or another: your vows, your first dance, etc. One of the most fun aspects of your nuptials will likely be your professional photo session. This used to occur directly after the ceremony and before the reception – hence, the existence of the cocktail hour – but it can also take place before the vow exchange with a “first look” with your significant other. This will be your time to let loose and have fun with your beloved.
Prior to your wedding day, you can prepare a “shot list,” or a few particular snapshots that you definitely want to include as a part of your album. Many couples incorporate the bridal party and their families into these, and some brides and grooms get even more specific with locations and poses they’d like to add. When mulling over your choices for a signature “couple pose,” there are a plethora of sweet options. One of our favorite? The lift!
