8 Flourishing Floral Arches for Your Ceremony
It’s the middle of what is traditionally known as “wedding season,” and as such, we’re getting to see a high volume of gorgeous spring celebrations from all over the country. Soft pastels and alfresco nuptials are abound – who doesn’t adore a sentimental vow exchange out on the lawn? – and love is clearly in the air. Recently engaged coupes may be looking at dates next spring for their own “I dos,” and are likely gaining inspiration from the fêtes they’ve been seeing as of late. One of our favorite fresh elements for a wedding in this season – or any season, really – is that of a blossoming floral archway.
Mostly seen as the ceremony altar, though also included in aisle and even reception décor, floral arches make a grand statement with the juxtaposition of their large size and sweet adornments. Any bride or groom desiring to create a garden vibe for their special day should consider designing their own. No matter what your chosen motif may be, chances are high that you can stylize an arch that complements your concept. Summer weddings can focus on brighter, bolder blooms, such as sunflowers, while winter couples can select snowier options, including classic white roses.
