- ¼ ounce crème de menthe
- ½ ounce white crème de cacao
- 2 ounces heavy cream
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Whipped cream
- Shaved dark chocolate
- Sprig of mint
Combine crème de menthe, crème de cacao, heavy cream, and ice into a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until chilled, then strain into a chilled cocktail class. Garnish with whipped cream, shaved dark chocolate, shaved dark chocolate, and mint sprig.

- 2 ½ ounces gin
- ½ ounce vermouth
- Olive juice (optional)
- Pearl onions
- Olives
Pour two and a half ounces of gin into the martini glass with a half ounce of vermouth. To make a dirty martini, add olive juice to taste. Add the pearl onions and olives onto a cocktail pink.

- Fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
- 2 ounces of gin or vodka
- 4-6 ounces of ginger beer
- 2 ounces cranberry juice
- Frozen cranberries
- Lime wedge
- Rosemary sprig
Squeeze the lime into the copper mug (to taste) and then fill with ice. Pour gin or vodka, ginger beer, and cranberry juice over the ice and stir. Garnish with cranberries, lime, and rosemary.
- 2 ounces of bourbon
- Ice cubes or ice ball
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon simple syrup
- 2 dashes of bitters
- Sprinkle sugar rim
- 1 orange peel slice
- 1 cinnamon stick
Use peel to wet the rim of the glass and dip into sugar. Pour two ounces of bourbon into a glass filled with ice. Add one teaspoon of cinnamon simple syrup and two dashes of bitters. Stir and garnish with the orange peel and cinnamon stick.
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- ½ cup vodka
- ¼ cup amaretto
- 1 ½ tablespoons orange juice
- Clementine wedges
- Cranberries
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in the cranberry juice, vodka, amaretto, and orange juice. Shake and strain into a glass, garnish with a clementine wedge and cranberries.
- 1 ounce bourbon
- 1 tablespoon mild honey
- 1 ounce apple cider
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup boiling hot water
- Cinnamon stick
- Lemon wedge
- Apple slices
Add the bourbon, honey, apple cider, and lemon juice in a mug. Top off with hot water until the honey is dissolved. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, lemon wedge, and apple slices. Enjoy while warm!
