Custom details are an undisputed crowd favorite when it comes to wedding décor. Nowadays, there are so many creative, unexpected ways to include personal memories, sayings, and private references into your ceremony and reception through monograms, table indicators, escort cards, and signage. Many brides and grooms want their big day to fully represent them as both individuals and as a couple – so what better way to do so than by adding in special, thought-out details wherever possible?
One particular reception item that almost begs to be customized is the paper cocktail napkin provided to guests at the bar. These small napkins were simply dyed in one or more color from the overall scheme, but in recent years, couples have opted to add lettering to make them more personal. Engaged duos have included their own initials or wedding monogram, their names, and meaningful phrases or quotes accompanied by a custom design onto their cocktail napkins.
