Though it was typically only seen in nature and landscaping a few years ago, pampas grass has become one of the newest trends in wedding décor. With around 25 species of the lush, grass-like foliage, the feathery vegetation is perfect for nuptials! Though we've featured many celebrations that have incorporated the ornamental grass, Mandy Moore likely sparked the trend even futher at her backyard wedding to Taylor Goldsmith when her ceremony aisle was lined with pampas grass in both natural and pink hues.
While most popular with rustic and boho-chic weddings, we featured one glamorous Art Deco-inspired fête that incorporated pampas grass in both the ceremony and reception décor. Since the foliage is popular in landscaping, it's no wonder many pairs choose to line the ceremony aisle with the feathery accent, while others incorporate it into bridal bouquets, arrangements at the entrance to the ceremony aisle, or even the ceremony structure itself. To help spark inspiration for incorporating pampas grass into your own wedding day, we've gathered some photos from real weddings below.
