When many couples start wedding planning and deciding on potential themes, they tend to focus on the latest trends shared on social media, Pinterest, and so on. While often new wedding trends lean towards modern design elements or a unique fresh color palette, as of late, they have leaned a bit more classic with vintage-inspired design schemes reigning strong.

With the goal of inspiring couples with a beautiful tablescape and honoring love for all, Kaylen Davidson – owner of Sara Judith Events – teamed up with a group of talented local wedding vendors to create a gorgeous garden wedding at a historic estate in Vermont featuring two brides, both in chic gowns, with one featuring a colorful floral embroidery on the train.

"The universal experience that connects us all is love – it transcends time through generations past, present, and future," she shares. "This garden wedding editorial in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom effortlessly fused timeless elegance and a trendy vibe with two real brides decked in pearls, tulle, and big-diamond looks."

Taking inspiration from the venue and surrounding landscape, the ceremony showcased stunning ground florals while the reception tablescape highlighted similar blooms with unique flatware, beautiful patterns, and romantic candlelight. "The estate, an exquisitely restored historic grand mansion, was adorned with white florals and neutral greenery that married the ceremony site to the landscape," Kaylen of Sara Judith Events describes.

One single table was surrounded by white garden chairs with soft pink cushions and illuminated with sage green taper candles atop golden candlesticks. The table number featured a monochromatic design with textured botanical elements, menus were nestled in pockets with a blush rose motif and calligraphed place cards secured with a monogrammed wax seal, and a layered floral-print tablecloth helped to bring everything together while highlighting the whimsical floral arrangements both on the tabletop itself and arranged on the grass at each end.

Kaylen and the other wedding professionals involved in the event put great thought into the pieces incorporated throughout the styled shoot to ensure everything was picture-perfect. "With a patterned tablecloth, bamboo cutlery, live-edge plates from a local ceramicist, and a die-cut invitation suite with matching table numbers and menus, no detail was overlooked in designing this luxurious celebration," Kaylen describes of the inspiring event design.
