“I heard he was one of the cute new freshmen,” smiles Jordan Felix of her first impressions of Nick Gallogly during her sophomore year of high school. “Fast forward to post college, I had my eye on Nick,” Jordan shares. The two had been following each other on Instagram, though Jordan was too shy to slide into Nick's DMs.

Thankfully, their paths crossed organically years later, and he was everything she hoped he would be. “I learned how big his heart is. Nick treats everyone he meets with so much kindness and respect,” she starts. “I am so thankful both of our paths aligned, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life by his side.”

While walking by the famous Swan Lake of an iconic hideaway in Bel-Air, Nick surprised Jordan with a proposal on a path of rose petals leading to a bottle of champagne. “I was so excited to finally ask her to marry me,” smiles Nick. After he got down on one knee, their parents greeted them for a celebratory toast, followed by brunch at the hotel. Afterwards, a limo picked up the newly affianced pair and brought them to Nick’s parents’ home where their siblings and family were waiting to celebrate. “It was truly an incredible day!” he adds.

With the combined efforts of the bride’s parents and their wedding planner Katie, the nuptials went off without a hitch. “My wedding day was nothing short of magical, and I am forever grateful for their contributions to making it such a memorable occasion,” Jordan confirms. Once they found the bride’s dream venue in Los Angeles, everything came together beautifully. “I loved how the venue felt so grand with an Old-World charm,” she describes, adding that the space provided the perfect setting for the Bridgerton-inspired wedding she envisioned.

“From the blooming florals to the overflowing candlelight, this design embodied a modern regal style in the most timeless of ways!”

The spring wedding day began with a Catholic ceremony at a beautiful cathedral. Guests walked beneath a stunning floral arch comprised of ivory and blush blooms accented with greenery to enter the church, as did the bride on the arm of her father. “It was such a sweet moment to walk down the aisle with my dad to marry my Prince Charming,” Jordan describes. “There was not a dry eye in sight!” She had always imagined wearing a fairy-tale ball gown when saying “I do,” and the designer corset and elegant skirt she selected made her feel like a royal princess.

After the vow exchange, loved ones made their way to the reception venue and entered the magnificent ballroom, which introduced an opulent design scheme. “From the blooming florals to the overflowing candlelight, this design embodied a modern regal style in the most timeless of ways!” describes Jordan. Round tables were covered with glittering patterned linens and decorated with towering floral arrangements, and long, rectangular tables featured modern glass tops that reflected the glimmering candlelight and chandeliers suspended from the impressive ceiling boasting Old World architecture.

As a former USC Song Girl, Jordan planned a special surprise for her UCLA Bruin husband – a performance by the USC Band and Song Girls. “I also choreographed an upbeat five-minute father-daughter dance and first dance with Nick... These were by far my favorite moments!” muses the bride. Desiring a huge dance party, guests enjoyed dancing the rest of the night to the sounds of a live band that provided a concert-like feel. “The band brought such high energy to the dance floor,” Jordan adds. We had the best time dancing with all of our family and friends.”
