Like many couples nowadays, Kelsey Glazer and Mark Magaro meet through online dating. However, when it came time for their first meeting, Kelsey actually thought she was heading to a date with one of her other matches. “I was in total shock, but it was the best date ever!” she exclaims. For the beginning of their relationship, Kelsey was living in Augusta, Georgia, while Mark was in Atlanta. Eventually, they were both residing in Atlanta, and before he knew it, Mark was planning a proposal.
There certainly was a lot of planning involved – Kelsey was led on a scavenger hunt all around the city. “[It] took all day and included food stops with random friends, a golf game with my brothers, shopping for a dress, getting nails done with friends, getting ready at another friend’s house, and the final destination was the place we met for our first date,” she explains. It was outside the restaurant where Mark got on one knee to pop the question, and then they entered to find their friends and family ready to celebrate.
The happy couple spent the next year planning a wedding, with plenty of help from Suzanne Reinhard Events. “She was phenomenal,” the bride asserts. “Suzanne took care of everything.” Kelsey’s father also happens to love throwing extravagant events, and thus had his own say throughout the planning process. It came together perfectly, with lavish and lush displays of greenery and white for a timeless look with a touch of rustic elegance.

As beautiful as the reception décor was, the real standout was probably the abundance of food offered to the 300 guests. Even before attendees sat down, there was already fresh bread in several varieties and a stylishly plated tomato and burrata salad before their choice of beef tenderloin or sea bass. Additionally, cocktail hour featured miniature versions of many much-loved meals, such as beef wellington, tacos, chicken and waffles, and sliders.
If their nearest and dearest still weren’t satiated, there was also a plentiful sushi station, as well as a fully stocked meat and cheese bar. Following hours of dancing with a live band, revelers then got to enjoy an after-party with a DJ. The finality of the festivities also included “Mark and Kelsey’s Late Night Diner” – allowing everyone to end their night with some delicious breakfast.
