Asian-Inspired Cake

The couple's seven-layer cake was displayed like a work of art beneath a cabana made with layers of gold and burgundy organza. Ivory elephants marked the base of the confection, and traditional pearl buttercream frosting was embellished with red roses and ornate patterns in gold and white icing. Each tier featured a different design ranging from silhouettes of Thai dancers to other Asian-themed motifs.
