Hydrangea Wedding Cake

Though the couple's three-tiered wedding cake appeared traditional, the confection itself was orange and walnut with chocolate genoise, grand marnier, and buttercream. To incorporate a little "something blue," white and blue hydrangeas decorated the top of the cake and the base of each layer.
