Esteemed bridal designer Claire Pettibone is known for her ethereal gowns featuring delicate materials, colorful embroideries, and romantic silhouettes. Celebrities including Mark Zuckerberg's bride Priscilla Chan, as well as Nikki Reed who married Ian Somerhalder, adore Claire Pettibone's unique gowns and vintage-inspired style. The bridal designer's latest collection is titled Evolution and showcases elegant looks for one of life's most special transformations: becoming a bride.
"I incorporated elements of the most delicate sparkle with heirloom embroideries and ethereal tulle," shares Claire Pettibone of her Evolution 2020 collection. "The ideas of transformation and metamorphosis were on my mind when creating this collection... We all go through many changes in life, and marriage marks one of those moments where vows and promises are recited, and we instantly transform from single to married. And although one could argue that the bride is still the same person, the reality is that a shift has occurred, and she has entered a new stage in her evolution."
