Make an Entrance: 9 Chic Archway Designs
“Making an entrance” at your own wedding is something many brides and grooms desire – and why not? This is an incredibly special day for you both, so there’s no harm in reveling in the atmosphere a little. Many couples put together fun playlists, dance routines, and prop concepts for their entrances and exits throughout the day, from a choreographed dance to sparklers for the guests. In addition to logistical preparation, however, you may also want to consider the design aspect of these playful moments.
Adding in specific décor to frame the doors or walkways in and out of your wedding spaces is yet another way that you and your beloved can show off your creativity. Some pairs elect to suspend items such as lights or floral fixtures from the ceiling, while others choose to line the floor with a compilation of lanterns and candles. However, there is just something so spectacular about doorway that goes from high to low. We recommend adding an archway to your motif, either at the front of your vow exchange area or your celebration location.
